"Customer service was okay, just slow"
Customer service was okay overall. They did get back to me, but it took a while, like, a while. Not terrible, just slower than I expected

"The boots looked nice in person, but..."
The boots looked nice in person, but the fit was just weird for me. I got my usual size and they were too tight around my toes, but somehow loose in the heel?? Returning them was kind of a hassel too, so yeah, a bit disapointed.

Not gonna lie, I could feel the difference quickly. My arches and ankles feel way better, and the support felt solid right out of the box.

They’ve held up okay overall, but I’m particular about shoes and the soles wore down faster than I’d like. Not terrible, just not quite up to my usual standard

"Broke in faster than I thought"
I was expecting these to be a pain to break in, but it wasn’t bad. Took maybe a week before they really loosened up, and I didn’t end up with any awful blisters or anything. After a few hikes they started feeling solid and comfortable. So far I’m happy with them, and I guess if they keep feeling like this...

"Pleasantly surprised by these boots"
I wasn’t expecting too much, but these boots turned out to be really solid. The leather feels tough, the stitching is clean, and they seem like they’ll hold up well. Definitely glad I picked them up.

"Kinda great grip in the mud"
I wore these on muddy hills all week and they held up really well. The grip felt solid, and I stayed steady even while carrying tools around. I wasn’t slipping all over the place like I did with my old boots, which was kinda a relief.

I ended up ordering from Hoffman Boots after spending some time comparing prices, i’m glad I did. I was a little worried they might feel cheap when they showed up, but once I pulled them out of the box, they felt sturdy and well made.
I did have to wear them around a bit before they really started feeling comfortable, but that’s normal with boots like this. For what I paid, I feel like I got a good deal, and I’d definitely consider buying from them again.

"Kept my feet dry"

"Pretty comfy boots, I think they’re a solid buy"
I wore these to work all week and, my feet felt good the whole time. They were a little stiff at first, but after a couple days they seemed to break in nicely. I’m not sure they’re the absolute best boots ever, but overall I’d say they’re comfortable and worth it.
